  Okay Okay I know it Tuesday. But my Poor Mr.Pewter was in getting his fix this weekend so I couldn't post. I didn't want you guys to have to wait till this weekend for another recipe so I decided to go ahead in post.

Pumpkin Cupcakes

1 pkg  Spice cake mix

1 15oz  Can Pumpkin

3  Eggs
1/3 Cup  Veg. oil
1/3 Cup  Water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-23 minutes
Frost with cream cheese icing
