MY THOUGHTS:
This was my first paranormal romance and it fully met all my expectations! The story is fast-paced but also full with emotion and drama. I found this book very easy to read, and the descriptions and format put you right in the story. When you finish this book, you will be just as breathless as Kennedy is! I loved the fact that even though this is a romance novel, you still have an action-packed story line with the family struggle to find the mystical daggers that will save their brother. Kennedy is a very strong, but seductive, female lead. Tristan oozes sex and lust. The supporting characters also contribute greatly to the story. I believe Sydney Somers is an excellent paranormal romance author and I cannot wait to read more of her books! This book is the first in the Pendragon Gargoyle series and you will not be able to stop with book 1.
